Skagit Valley Youth Soccer Association (SKVYSA) matches are governed by FIFA Laws of the Game, except where modified by approval of the SKVYSA Board of Directors and Club Representatives.

In 2016, US Soccer required all rec-leagues to adopt a new Birth-year Age Matrix, players are sorted onto teams based on the year they were born. You can see the matrix in the link below.
